   “Business was empty. Refused service for party of 7. Travelled from Colorado to visit, do not recommend for tourists”

   Owner reply: Dear Andy,<br><br>Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify that we always welcome walk-ins, but when a table is reserved in advance, we must honor that booking. While it may have appeared that we had available tables, those were already reserved for other guests, and we are unable to seat walk-ins at reserved tables.<br>Additionally, our hot pot meals typically require 1.5 to 2 hours of dining time, so we need to be mindful of the time guests have reserved for their meals. We understand it can be frustrating, but we hope this helps explain why we couldn’t accommodate your party of seven at that time.<br>We appreciate your understanding and wish you a safe and enjoyable rest of your travels in NY.    “We had a great time at The Dolar shop! Coming from DC, we have never had this elaborate of a hot pot experience! Food was delicious and service was very good!”

   “Such a wonderful place ! A little bit on the expensive side but the food is delivered quickly and always on time for you to enjoy youre hotpot! I recommend getting a reservation for 9:30 as they have a desk for all you can eat and I think its worth every penny. Will be coming…”
