Hey friends, Tim here. I am a full-on hotpot lover, and this is my first attempt at building a real directory for fellow soup-and-sauce explorers.
I started this because I kept thinking: what if hotpot was on every corner? Not just one spot tucked behind a parking lot, but bubbling broths, sauce bars, and table-side steam in every neighborhood. A world where finding your next hotpot night is as easy as grabbing coffee.
So I rolled up my sleeves, opened way too many browser tabs, and started building. There were a few facepalm moments, a few “why is this button here?” moments, and at least one late-night victory dance after a tiny fix finally worked.
The mission is simple: help people discover great hot pot restaurants faster, with less guesswork and more confidence. And yes, this is version one, so we will definitely make mistakes – but we will try our best, keep improving, and have fun doing it.
