   “Amazing food, came in late (around 8 PM), we definitely scored because we got the $16.99 per person after 8 pm deal. It gets packed very quickly yet service stays fast and food quality was amazing, not to mention the taste as well. 10/10 will come back”

   Owner reply: We sincerely apologize for the experience you had during your recent visit, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us.<br><br>Regarding the seating arrangement, our servers sometimes have limited authority when it comes to table assignments, especially during service hours. If there is ever any concern or special request, our restaurant manager is always available and more than willing to step in to assist and find the best possible solution for our guests. We’re glad the manager was ultimately able to help, but we regret that this caused frustration in the moment.<br><br>As for the menu changes, we’d like to clarify that our Premium tier has actually been upgraded with additional items. Certain selections, such as Australian Wagyu, have always been offered as limited items to ensure quality and responsible sourcing. From time to time, we may make minor adjustments to the menu based on seasonality and supply chain conditions, but our commitment to food quality, dining experience, and overall value has never changed.<br><br>As an all-you-can-eat restaurant, we never intend to compromise our guests’ experience, and we’re sorry that your visit did not meet your expectations.
