   “这次的体验真的非常失望。我们等了80多分钟才上菜，而且还少了很多东西。期间我至少找了服务员5次，单子也重新写了3次，但问题始终没有被及时解决。整个过程非常混乱，沟通效率极低。更糟糕的是，羊肉串的口感非常硬，完全没有以前来的时候那种新鲜和嫩度。明显品质下降。这次我是特意带朋友来吃的，结果因为等待时间太长，朋友实在受不了提前离开了，场面非常尴尬。作为一个过去几个月频繁光顾这家店的老顾客，我真的很失望。我一直很支持这家店，但这次的服务和出品质量已经让我无法再给机会。不会再来了。希望店家能认真反思管理和服务流程，否则流失的不只是一个顾客。This was an extremely disappointing experience.We waited over 80 minutes for our food, and even then, several items were missing.    “The atmosphere is lively and enjoyable. I hope the servers can clearly understand what guests request and double-check before serving, especially when timing matters. Overall, guest experience should always come first”
