   “Went for lunch time hot pot and it did not disappoint. A little on the quieter side, a better alternative to crowded weekends. Range of food is awesome. Loved the bbq and custard pork buns”

   “Came here because of hotpot buffet almost one hour and the waiter said we cannot order it. Only a la carte was ok to order. We sat and the restaurant was a bit cold but that not the worse part. The worse part is the waiter just land the menu and force us to order…”

We’re sorry that your experience did not meet expectations.<br>Please note that our A.Y.C.E service stops after 9:00 PM to ensure all guests receive the full 90-minute dining time. As your visit was close to closing, only à la carte ordering was available that evening.<br>While our posted closing time is 10:30 PM, last seating and service may vary depending on the dining option. If our communication felt rushed, we sincerely apologize and will work to improve.<br>Thank you for sharing your experience.
